Airport Pick-Up FAQ (Fiumicino & Ciampino)

Where will I meet the driver at the airport?

Your driver will meet you at the official meeting point inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.

Important: please turn on your phone after landing and contact the driver immediately, preferably via WhatsApp, to ensure a smooth meeting.

Is flight monitoring included?

Yes, we constantly monitor your flight status and adjust the pick-up time in case of delays.

Note: according to the Terms & Conditions accepted during booking, delays exceeding 2 hours from the scheduled landing time may be considered no-show.

How long will the driver wait after landing?

The driver will wait:

  • Up to 60 minutes for international flights
  • Up to 45 minutes for domestic flights

If needed, please contact the driver immediately to request extra waiting time, subject to availability.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Thanks to real-time flight tracking, your pick-up will be adjusted automatically, always in accordance with the Terms & Conditions accepted at booking.

Civitavecchia Port Pick-Up FAQ

Where will I meet the driver at Civitavecchia Port?

The driver will meet you directly under your cruise ship, at the terminal exit, holding a personalized sign.

How much time do I have to meet the driver at the port?

You have a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

Where do I enter pick-up and drop-off addresses?

During the booking process, you must enter both pick-up and drop-off addresses directly in the online booking form.

Please complete all required fields. The form is designed to collect all necessary details — do not hesitate, just follow the steps.

How can I book a transfer?

You can book easily through our online booking form by selecting route, date, time, vehicle type and entering all requested details.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure online credit card payments. Bank transfer is available upon request.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up
  • Penalties apply within 48 hours
  • No refund in case of no-show
